If you’re registered as a trainer or coach no doubt you’ve heard of Paul Chek and his holistic methods that are way ahead of the times.

I’ve had these for a while as I’ve taken them for previous con-Ed for myself. Unreal amount of knowledge and with these courses you’re looking at up to 4 years of con-Ed covered!

One catch, if you want to use these for your continuing education credits then you’d need to purchase new manuals from the Chekinstitute.com as they hold the registration number to write the final online test- I used the code in these books.

Buy the whole lot and I’ll throw in James Fitzgerald’s nutrition 101. It’s a bit old but amazing how it is right on par with what the current research says!
