Luckily, the San Antonio chapter of the non-profit fitness group No Excuse Moms is here to help. We invite you and your kiddos to join us for weekly free workouts, playdates, fitness challenges, and more!
We also need more volunteer leaders around town to help grow our group engagement and build this community up to the active, healthy group of women empowering each other through fitness that it has the potential to be! No experience or certification required, just a passion for health and fitness, and a desire to help other moms grow to be the best versions of themselves while creating lifelong friendships in the process.
