Good condition, with a few shiny spots on the jacket due to dry cleaning. No holes or thin spots in the fabric. Slight tear in the lining where vent pieces join but not noticeable from the outside. I'm no tailor, but it looks like the pants can be let out up to another 3/4" in the waist and about the same in trouser length. I'm even less sure about the sleeves, but it looks like an inch or more to give.
