My business partner and I sold fruits, vegetables, & healthy snacks in the heart of downtown Denver. Colorado loves healthy food options & we gave them what they want. We made a profit by (a) having a relationship with farms & produce distributors, (b) selling at the right time of the day, (c) comradery with regular customers, (d) always having specialty/unique foods available, and (e) selling 7 days a week.

I can include the tow hitch for a little extra, and I'll throw in the trailer lock and keys no charge. The walls of the cart are covered in images of fruits and vegetables - these prints shine in the sunlight (without getting damaged by the sun!) Inside the cart are insulated shelves to stow product. The roof was designed so that webbing could be added to store more supplies in the ample volume overhead.

You can put in a generator, wash station, or an awning to protect it.

It is safe to take the vehicle on the highways, but we were advised not to go too far above 50 mph in the event of a pothole damaging the trailer. The trailer is light enough to push by hand once it's unhitched.
