This sits in the entryway of the main front-door so it should be easy to move, mirror detaches. It’s beautifully carved and embellished with maple leaves, etc. brass fixtures, see photographs for details. Refinishing the top would give you such a beautiful, lasting, exquisite piece from an era where making the finest furniture was truly a work of art. As time goes by these types pieces are ‘lost.’ The beautiful grain - movement of the wood, and the coloring is just beyond measure!
