Today there's so many opportunities to get back in shape, and this brand was created in effort to help those looking to get more out of their passions.
It's one thing to just put on sneakers and start running down the block, but once those endorphins hit something switches in your brain and you become compulsive to pushing yourself further and further. That's where I come in, I'm here to take your passion and create your unachievable dreams into just a milestone you pass by.
Now with covid being over its harder and harder to get back in the routine, and with group sports, fitness classes and competitions back on the horizon I'm here to dig you out of that hole and back into the octagon to fight against complacency and procrastination.
Honestly after helping others through there fitness journey I've realized it's not a lack of ability, it's not a lack of skill or anything other then just needing a bit of accountability, structure and proper guidance and instantly people are suprised with the results they get.
We're humans, we're top of the food chain for Pete's sake we're ment to be out there fighting for our dreams and goals, for our next metaphorical kill but we get caught in the I'm not made for this, I can't do this, or some sort of genenetic screw around that somehow became a belief system. Cmon Susan you didn't evolve for thousands of years, withstand mother nature's fury just to sit behind desk and complain about the next flavour of doritios not being some sort Chipotle aoli ranch dip and see the world pass. We're ment to be out there causing mayham on our goals and making ourselves be the best version we can be.
