Sofa and loveseat only major issue is they need upholstery cleaned mainly the sofa the set is in great shape no burns, holes or rips other then the under body of the sofa and that's not a large rip. This is a great set if you have time to clean the sofa or maybe get it professional cleaned then you have a like new set. I'm making room for a sectional so I have no room for it my asking price is 200 or best offer.
