165k miles, clean title in hand, runs great, recently replaced all fluids, new thermostat and housing, new spark plugs wires and distributer cap, new hoses, new headlights,  new oil pan gasket, new valve cover gasket, 5 good tires and rims, great paint, headliner is in excellent condition, new carpet with heat and sound insulation.   Some things that needs TLC; rims need stripped (surface rust), brakes are good but the system needs TLC, the suspension needs some love, the AC is not working (clutch or compressor), paint is flaking on the fenders, I will replace cracked windshield shortly.
