Hidden elastic cuffs and waist, has 2 front pockets with snap buttons.
Front zipper with snap buttons.
Shell is 98% cotton and 2% elastine; velvet fabric is soft to touch yet stiff enough for outerwear.

Lining is polyester (thick lining), and very well constructed.

Machine washable, and washes well (wash inside out and with zipper zipped up).

Gently work by one little girl. In excellent, like-new condition.
Laundered, with no stains (not even around collar nor cuff).
