Super cute and full TuTus for sale! The orange and black one below measures at about 14" around and the other is a headband with the tulle on that! The sizing chart attached is what I will go off of. I am accepting custom orders. If you will tell me colors, I will give you the designs of tulle I have to choose from! Since they are so full on the elastic band (like the orange and black one) they will start at $10 and go up from there depending on size and length of tulle. If no length is requested, I will go off of the sizing chart. You can also give me a measurement for the waist and I will do that as well. If on a headband, they will be $15 as there is only one size and they aren't as full. The price DOES include the headband. This is basically my price plus labor. My first child is due in November and I am stocking her closet and decided to try and sell them as well! So I'm not looking for a big money making project.
