Both items are like brand new. Used only a handful of times. Comes with all the tent pegs and posts. Set us time is amazingly fast!! It's a 6 person tent. The air mattress has also only been used a handful of times. Has a built in air pump and inflates in around 1 minutes time. The tent was $247 Brand new (which it basically is) and the air mattress was $99. Asking $250 obo for both.
