Cake Walk makes beautiful, sturdy children's outerwear. This coat is unique in color, style, versatility and design. The orange, green, red and yellow plaid is a bright spot on drab winter days. Those happy colors delight children and adults alike, and the design almost looks like a vested outfit. The interior of the coat is bright yellow fleece lined for warmth and softness. Anti-pill fabric. The outside is a tightly woven water/wind proof material. There are two pockets in the front of the coat that are elasticized so no little treasures will fall out, and little hands will be snug and warm. The wrists on the coat are also elasticized and the entire coat has a quilted downy appearance, but it is roomy and comfortable for even the most finicky Little Dear. There are bronze snap closures which support the bronze heavy duty zippered front of the coat closure, as well as draw cording at the bottom of the coat to keep drafts out. This is a great snowy climate coat as well, with a hood that surrounds the child's head and draws together to keep every heat calorie intact, and closes with a button snap at the neck chin area. This is a durable coat that will last through wear and tear of ten children and still be serviceable. Clean and in excellent condition, it is machine washable, and either hang dry or put on medium low setting in dryer.
