Digital Newborn Birth Chart Prints created just for you! You will receive an 8x10 digital file via email that you can upload and print at a place of your choice.

You provide your newborn's photo and I create the digital print for you.
All you need to do after that is print!

Birth Chart contains:
Baby's full name
Date of Birth
Time of Birth
Birth Weight
Birth Height
And a quote at the top.

Choose between 2 formats: black chalkboard or black chalkboard with a grey frame.
Quote at the top may be altered if it fits within the template.
Colour scheme is open to your choice of 2 colours (or 1 colour plus white).

48 hr turn around time unless there are changes to the template (which may be considered after private discussion with me. There may be an additional cost in that case depending on the amount of time it would take to make the changes).
