Nearly perfect condition, only worn a few times.
This one was ordered online from Modcloth. Black with white top band. The neat thing about this skirt is that the back is longer, so the white panel comes through when seen from front.
Note, I have another posting of 3 skirts (including this one) for $20 for all 3 together, so if you are this size and are looking for a few dress skirts for work or formal, it's a good deal to get all 3! I'm only getting rid of them as they are all too tight
