Used wheel chair lift for HOME! Carries up to 700 LBS. Bought it for $7,020 last year. Only used for two months! Family member passed away at home and no need for it anymore! Works great, excellent condition, would LOVE for someone to pick it up and take it apart ( would take off money off the price if someone can uninstall the lift).

Also, I would include wheelchair RAMP, used to put outside of door leading to deck, for example.
