Vintage (1970s) Franciscan England Nut Tree pattern stoneware dinner plates, six available.
Nut Tree features blue leaves, medallion | floral center, brown bands and a smooth edge.
Franciscan made the Nut Tree pattern both in the UK and the USA. The UK pattern, as we have here, does NOT have the black to dark brown band aside the light-blue band but has a dark brown band about the smooth edge. Please ensure that the pattern you are trying to matching for your own service is the correct Nut Tree pattern when purchasing.
They measure 10 & 5/8” across and are 1 & 1/4” tall. They are in excellent and seemingly little-used condition with no chips, nicks, cracks or fleabites, no crazing and No marks or stains to the front or edges of the plate.
