I have upgraded my filing system and no longer need my scanner. It works amazingly well. It has jammed on me a few times but I am certain that was due to my stuffing more receipts than the manufacturers recommended amount for scanning at one time. It comes with the original box and items in photographs. It does require a Neat Receipts account to obtain the latest software upgrades. I have used the Neat software on my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10 with no problems. This scanner is not compatible with MAC.
