This is a STEAL. Has to sell today unfortunately. I have invested well over $10k in materials alone to fix it up.

This is a 35 foot long by 10 feet wide shipping container that was originally made in Sweden and used as living quarters on an off shore oil rig. I purchased it and began doing work on it to turn it into an off the grid living shelter. Unfortunately I don't have the time anymore and need the money. This is a steal in material alone.

The walkway is directly in the center on both sides of the container. As you walk in and look either left or right, both sides are built identically the same which includes a total of the following:
4 Metal Closet's for hanging clothes
8 bunk beds
2 Windows on each side
2x air conditioning unit on each side
2x Air Ventilation Systems (All ran with piping throughout container and exhaust out the top of the container.
Multiple electrical outlets
Multiple Lighting and light switches
Fire detection sprinkler system hooked up to sewage
2x bathrooms both with sink and mirror, toilet, shower and shower drain Lightning in both bathrooms along with door to each bathroom

That means there is 2 separate living quarters with 8 bunk beds two fully equipped bathrooms/showers/sink etc.

All of the electrical wiring is ran to everything, it's completely framed out out, insulated, air conditioning and ventilation pipes ran throughout entire container along with the sewage for both bathrooms.

Electrical wiring is ran 220v which can easily be changed over using a step-down transformer. The electrical cables have all been combined and ran to an electrical closet that's ready for a breaker box that way you can use all of the existing wiring inside the unit.

All it needs to be finished is a breaker box, doors framed in, and a new piece of plywood on a small portion of the floor.
