Purchased from Zulily, but runs much smaller than a U.S. 4T. I would say it is more of a 2T/3T. My daughter wore once in our backyard pool. It is just too small for her. Paid $20 + shipping for it. Zulily doesn't take returns. EXCELLENT condition and super cute ruffles! I would like to get at least $15 out of it.
