I have honestly never ever used this. I bought it as a gift for $300 and then found out the person I bought it for already had one. It is brand new and still in its original packaging. It had Ceramic plates in it to keep the oils in your hair which helps your hair not burn and to stay healthier. It’s a cute flat iron and it’s a good size also. I am willing to make offers with people who are really interested in this item, I just want to get rid of it.
