Honda left axle tube or housing. Got it for a ‘99 Foreman but found out I don’t need it. Just loosely fitted and then put back in the box. I never drove with it on or anything. It has the mount for the shock and bolt hole for the skid plate, on top of the four main holes, as shown in the pictures. Came from the factory with the outer bearing and seal. Ready to bolt on and go! Should fit similar models.
