It's practically new. We've only used it for about three months to wash newborn baby clothes and then we moved into an apartment that has a washer and a dryer in unit. This is a great deal if you do not have a washer in your apartment. This is very easy to function and to install. I have all the original accessories and complete manual that came with the washer.
