An additional $100 damage deposit is required upon drop off. Damage deposit is refunded at the end of the rental if the product is returned in the same condition (no leaks, holes, missing pieces, etc). Inspection will be done with the renter present. A signed rental contract is required as well. Renter must have a large enough lawn or patio area (with tarp if on brick or cement - not provided) for setup.
