①No longer tolerate multiple low cheap back and forth of small increment bargaining. Asking anything 30% or more than off is commonly considered as a lowballer. Be honest and DON'T NOT WASTE TIME. Simply provide a BEST offer for real or move on. 

②The buyer, you, ought to send a message as soon as possible if the buyer, you, are running late for 15 - 30mins absolute max. So, the seller, I, acknowledge the buyer's, your, late arrival. It is a courtesy, really.
Please give an ADVANCED notice if the buyer, you, must reschedule, so the seller, I, could consider another time for the buyer, you, to pick up at the buyer's, your, best convenience (ONLY ONCE!). This is solely based on TRUST.
Not making it to the appointment WITHOUT a legit reason is considered as a NO-SHOW and will be reported to the admin. The platform runs on a 3-strike basis. 
Please understand that it is only fair the seller, I, release the item back to the market and continue with other potential buyers as soon as possible.

③On-the-site last minute bargain is NOT welcome. Buyer and seller have already spent time to agree on price, quality, quantity of items and pick-up time. It is only fair both parties keep the PROMISE. Buyer, you, showing up without exact change is NOT an acceptable reason for the seller, I, to reconsider on a lower price. The seller, I, will have arranged and spared time for the appointment. Buyers with such an obvious BAD intention deserve to return home empty-handed. It is called ROBBING, not bargain, when the trade is not mutual.

Sorry again if the above sounds hardsh.  It is all because of the recent increasing disrespectful unhappy encouters. I am only trying to protect myself from any future complications.
The app may say I usually reply with a few hours. I am usually attentive to messages, but I cannot answer phone during work, dining, shower or sleep. Do NOT expect any immediately reply every single second and also late night, like 2AM.
