I purchased this last year I spent a little over $250 for just the tree alone it comes with all the lights all the bulbs a storage and carry bag for the off-season when you're not using it keeps a nice and fresh and in good shape all the decorations you see. Even the train and skirt underneath beautifully decorated with antique bulbs included definitely a one of a kind tree it's in beautiful shape it's a little over 7 foot tall definitely the nicest tree I've ever seen much less owned thick and full.
