This (heavy) book was originally released in 2016 as a strictly Limited Edition package, complete with slip case and other extras.

However, these BLACK SPINE, WHITE CARD COVERED, full PROMO books (12.5"x11"x1.5" and SEALED) were sent out to journalists for review (again, the lead photo is just an example of what the Limited Edition version looked like).

They contain everything that was in the original books, but no special stuff such as the slip case, cover art, or any additional special goodies that were included back then in the $850 items!!
