This is an RS Germany display plate, measuring 7-7/8". RS Germany is part of the wording in marks used by the Tillowitz, Germany, factory of Reinhold Schlegelmilch from 1914 until about 1945. There are wear marks and some scratches on the face. Also a tiny drop of paint on the right, at the rim.
