Very pretty girl's dress in 100% cotton. Size 8. Waist is 24" without stretching elastic in back. Measurement from shoulder to top of waistband is 9-3/4". From the top of the waistband to hem is 27-1/2". Buttons stretch from neck to hem and there are two large pockets in the skirt. This was a manufacturer’s sample.
