Family of 8 looking for their forever rental home which needs to be pet friendly due to emotional support dog as well as senior pup.

All kids have some form of special needs from adhd to autism and sensory disorders and much more.

We are long term Ladner resident having grown up here we want to be able to keep our children with in their community and ours

Both our parents live in the area and are aging and in homes or needing home care so we want to stay close to them also

Our children’s recourses for their autism are all based out of reach and we have been with them upwards of 4-5 years so hope not to have the change workers as this is a trigger for my kiddies as change is hard for them.

Hard working respectful tenants willing to rent for the right home min 2 bath and needing 3 bedroom/den and or 4 br minimum.

Husband worked as shipper receiver 24+
Years but is currently on dis due to knee surgery and recovery.

I am a doula/birth worker/ care aid (self employed) and also have pwd income due to my own disabilities.

We are looking to find a home we can call ours and also treat like our own.
