If you are looking for some time at Falcon Lake in spring or fall of 2024, look no further! We are fully booked for July and Aug but Falcon is so beautifulin the spring the spring and fall too!

Our cottage is climate controlled! We offer air conditioning, ceiling and floor fans as well as baseboard heat and a wood burning fireplace! Perfect for the unpredictable Manitoba weather in any season.

Come spend time away from home at this relaxing getaway. Falcon Lake, with its beautiful beach, a remarkable golf course, tennis courts and hiking/biking trails, has this and much more to offer you for your getaway.

The cottage itself is situated in the town site within short walking distance of the beach and the golf course. An ice cream shop, gift shop, grocery store and laundromat are all close by as well.

The main cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, one of which has 2 twin beds for the kids. The other two rooms each have a queen bed. And should you need more space, a bunkhouse with 2 bunk beds (queen over queen and twin over twin) is available. The MAX capacity is 12 people!

A large deck with no back neighbours is a great way to relax after a long day exploring Manitoba. A barbecue is available for you to use as well.

Absolutely NO PARTIES! This cottage is in town and we want to respect all the neighbours to ensure that everyone has a great vacation.

Our no pet policy is firm.

Guests should bring the following;
Bath/beach towels, blankets (linens and pillows are provided), food, lawn chairs.

The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, Keurig and drip coffee makers, pots & pans, dishes etc.

Please note the following:
Check in is 4:00pm
Check out is 12:00pm
$200/night, minimum 2 night stay in spring or fall
$500 security/damage deposit required to secure booking (Returned at end of stay provided cottage is in good condition and nothing is missing.)
$100 cleaning fee per stay
*Signed rental agreement is required at booking.
*Rent and cleaning fee due 2 weeks before check in or upon booking if less than 2 weeks from check in.
