Platinum Roofing is looking to hire a lead roofer who can be trusted to manage the crew and responsibilities while the boss is off site. Shingling experience is a must! The hard working and motivated applicant must be punctual and respectful to fellow crew members and customers as we strive to be a positive and encouraging work crew. The applicant must be detail oriented and be able to give and receive instructions accurately. Applicant must have a valid driver's license and their own transportation to Mitchell/Steinbach and surrounding areas and must be able to carry 70 pounds up a ladder. We do not usually work long hours or on weekends. Top wages paid for hard workers who take initiative and are willing to find the most efficient way of getting work done.
