Online Personal Training

My name is Brandy. I am a certified personal trainer. My business was originally strictly based in the one on one, in person setting but over time I realized that with our busy lives it's not always possible to find the time needed to get away for sessions. Factoring in not only the time of the session but the before and after drive time as well. In an effort to accommodate the busier lifestyle I added an online program. I use the same personal attention to the individual that I always have but this allows you an easier way to fit your workouts into your schedule.
The program itself is an app that downloads onto your phone. Simple, convenient and usable anytime anywhere. Once we have set it up and have discussed your goals I will put a workout together that simply shows up in your app. The workouts all come with a how to video so there is no guessing and you can ask me questions through the app if you don't understand anything. There is no mass produced workouts as I like to individualize them for your specific needs. Workout in the comfort of your own home or take your personal trainer to the gym in your pocket. For the busy lifestyle there is really no better option.
