• Outdoor parking space is readily available and is included in the rent.
• You will need your own vehicle.
• A One-stall garage w/garage door opener is available at $50 per month extra (when and if) available; first come, first serve basis.
• The shared Onsite Laundry facility is $50 per month; you provide your own laundry soap/dryer sheets/bleach,etc.
• The Loft area provides a kitchenette-type space with a microwave, a mini-fridge/freezer, toaster and a coffee pot @ an additional $50 month.
• A Shared-clean-dry-storage space is also available at $50/month.
• No smoking allowed on premises whatsoever.
• Vape is okay but only outside.
• No Littering.
• No pets.
• You must keep your rental space clean & tidy; and the space is subject to an occasional inspection in your presence.
• You provide your own grocery/food/toiletries/personal amenities, laundry soap, etc.
• Cash only. You will be provided a receipt for all monies received.
• Security deposit of equal value is required upfront plus first and last month rent with signed lease/contract.
• Other rental options include a $45 daily rental = which has a check-in time of Noon and a next day check-out time of 3:00pm. No exceptions. Same guidelines apply here as aforementioned in this ad or contract.

• No credit.
• No grace period.
• Rent is always due in cash on the 1st of each month* under contract.
