I have two of them
The one shown is used
The cushion can have air put into for your liking(this is just how I like mine) it reclines the foot rest are separate so u can raise them individually or both at a time
It goes about 4-5 mph at its highest speed
It also has headlights
My other one is lightly used but the chair back reclines to as well as the whole thing reclining and the foot rest is connected so they come up together
