The top part of this halter dress’ breast part comes down and ties in the back into a nice bow. Underneath is a black, fitted strapless top that goes down to where the hip starts. There is a cute belt to put the dress altogether that buckled wherever you want it (in the front, on the side). The bottom is flowy and free. Soft, silk material. Only thing wrong is Tag is halfway on.
