The lipstick is a 2-step process.. You apply 3 layers of color (one smooth even swipe and allow to dry between layers, do not touch lips together until after you apply the gloss) Gloss is applied once the 3 layers are dry. There are over 80 colors and 11 types of top gloss. You can even layer colors to achieve unlimited custom looks.
