4gb ddr2 ram (2gbX2sticks) dual channel I believe supported. Slightly overclocked in bios
1tb HDD but may be in need of replacement as I think it was a bit older now
Custom case with an added on speaker inside for retro gaming sound, easy to remove if prefer better sound though. Was using for emulation station.
Does have a PCIe slot for GPUs may only support power through slot as the PSU I think is around 350 watts and may not have the extra power lane for heavier GPUs needing extra power.
Was able to play Fallout New Vegas with a small 400 series GPU before just for an idea on capabilities modern titlewise.
Does have working cd drive and a couple extra drives included but just to fill empty slots moreso than usage.
Added a small side intake fan and runs pretty cool. Has room for two dual front I takes and two rear though I think 80to90mm but double check if adding upgrades.

200obo or trade for laptop described above plus a but of cash on top not expecting much just around 40bucks on top if laptop fits my needs.
