I searched the internet for these and the only similar pieces were made by Pfaltzgraff. These have no markings. These are very old. Anywhere from 12-20 years old (my husband believes he remembers them from our apartment which would be closer to 20 years - 1993-1995 - and I am pretty certain he is right). I was only able to find 3 items online of this style but not in same patterns and they were made by Pfaltzgraff, but I can not say for certain.
Even Replacements.com is sold out on these.

The only difference in these two models is that the Blue/Red Tulip pattern is slightly lighter in weight than the Yellow/Blue Duck pattern. This is why I have priced it lower.
