Boxing workout with guided classes, or freestyle. This measures how many punches in a workout, measures the strength and just makes an already great workout super fun. Bought this to keep my momentum on my off days at my boxing gym. Preferred this over my heavy bag. I’m moving oversees and unfortunately can’t bring this with me.
