These undies are in like new condition. Worked great for my son that had a bad bedwetting issue.
Size Large for 60-100 pound boys. This normally comes with disposable inserts, but I used them all, so you'd have to buy more inserts or put your own in...I often just used a folded diaper when the inserts ran out that originally came w/it, and used the folded diaper as an insert.
