The good;

No leaks on the roof
Heater works
Water works
Solid and well made
Will last many more years with some TLC

The bad;

Canvas needs replacing as it has a rip from being caught in the storm. We were planning to order one from Bear Creek Canvas who already has the pattern in stock.
