This beautiful farm house was built from a kit – Mansions in Miniature by Dura-Craft, who made authentic period reproductions. Dimensions are 21” W x 40” L x 30” H, 8- rooms with 1 stairway. It’s near completion - only needs a few curtains, the wiring finished and a little sprucing up. Three windows are slightly damaged but can easily be repaired which would make the house perfect! This doll house is well put together and is very sturdy.
Also included: wiring accessories, lights and parts along with the original kit box with extra wood and shingles.
Many hours were spent putting this house together as each roof shingle was glued in separately and the wood floor was installed plank by plank. Twenty (20) years ago the kit alone sold for over $100. There is well over $250 in furniture and accessories (more than 60 pieces) shown in the pictures that would be included.
I’m moving and will no longer have room for it. Would love for someone to have this dollhouse that can enjoy it!
Packaging and shipping the house safely will be rather costly, so it’s preferable (and cheaper) that the buyer makes arrangements to pick it up! Delivery is an option as well. $200 for all.
