Both in really good shape. Stand has some wear marks but could be sanded. Tv is older but works excellent. The part the TV goes on rolls out. The shelf below TV is rollout and also has a drawer beside the bottom shelf. The cabinet doors also shut. See all pictures. This item is FCFS and must be picked up in Albemarle
