The "quick edit" button is gone but I have a brand new fresh set of pads still in the package and you can still use this function to edit your sounds with the option on the small screen with the mouse/monitor as shown in the pics..

The headphones output is out but don't fret you will get sound from the master L/R outputs you can use speakers,amps or your headphones and you get FULL RICH SOUNDS..
