Handpainted Pink flowers (kinda look like maybe Tulips) with Greenery grace this lovely piece, and it is signed on the bottom with the artist's signature. A FENTON foil seal is on the inside of the slipper.

Also included is a card which tells the story behind the slipper titled: "The Legend of the Secret Slipper".
