All items are described and photographed in detail, and the items are photographed again after a sell before they leave my hands. I will always make exceptions as I am human and may miss something. However, as examples, not reading the listing OR the title and only looking at the photos and price and then saying, "I changed my mind," attempting to return an item that isn't in the same condition it left me in, or the post office damaging your package (they handle those refunds) are not valid reasons for refunds. I wish it didn't have to come to this, but I can't allow scammers to try to shut the doors of the business I worked so hard to build.
