I originally paid $100 for this diaper bag. It’s faux leather but doesn’t feel cheap. It has 3 pockets on the front. Two that zip up and one that snaps shut. All three are good sizes! It has two pockets for water bottles or bottles (insulated) on the sides. And one pocket in the back (huge). Which can open at the bottom to slide over your suitcase handle.

Then tons of pockets on the inside. The inside has a material that’s easy to wipe down.

This diaper bag can be worn over the shoulder or as a backpack. It can also be worn as a messenger bag (although I don’t know if I have that strap anymore).

This diaper bag is in excellent condition minus the bottom of the bag. My son got a hold of it and dragged it on the ground and now there is some scuff marks. But other than that it’s in great condition. I honestly rarely used it. I’m marking it cheaper because of the scuff marks.
