Awesome WiFi enabled Power Pet door (medium size) that you can control with your phone and the pet can activate to go in and out of with the sensor on its collar.
Purchased it this past summer for $850.
We hate selling it but we moved and our new home has a much larger patio door (94" tall) and so it doesn't fit because this one is only adjustable for a standard 75-80" door.
The door comes with the waterproof MS-5 collar sensor and the AC power supply for the door, along with all the instruction manuals. May also have some extra sensor batteries.
