Brand new Grace Karin light blue dress. This flares out around the bottom. Has a zipper on the side area. Also comes with a black belt.

This is an XL. But it's a smaller XL. Per the chart when we purchased it, it states for an XL: bust 41.5-43", waist 33.5-35", length of dress is 41".

Purchased for a gift for my daughter and it's too small. Paid all but 40.00 for it.
