This helmet is 9 inches in interior length and 7 inches in interior width. The circumference is 21-22" without cushions placed on Velcro patches, so it will work well for adults as well as children depending on the width of cushions utilized. It is a PTI Protective Technologies International #11050, and not part of any recall. I have skates listed also if there is any interest, as well as knee and elbow Variflex pads. If anyone wants to buy the items separately , I can price as a whole lot or skates and helmet. For helmet, the price is $20.00. It was over %80 when we bought it as a bike and skate protection.
